While in Salamanca, we stopped by Churreria Graci. Tasting some churros was on the top of my list of things to do in Spain (don't judge), and I knew I wanted to find some of the best. I did a little research and found a lot of chain-like churrerias, but none that were off the beaten path and not touristy. I finally found Churreria Graci and I'm so glad I did.
Churreria Graci is hidden away on a side street, and looks very unassuming...pretty much what I look for in a churreria. We visited on the tail end of their hours (they close at 11:30am) so I could tell they were winding down. We were lucky to have the little place to ourselves and ordered a hefty portion of churros and chocolate. The churros were hot and crispy around the edges and the chocolate was hot, thick and deliciously creamy. Drooling yet? This is definitely a spot that all the locals frequent and for good reason. If you're making a trip to Salamanca, add Graci to your list!
