Or risen? Not sure. Whatever, fall is HERE (despite this Indian summer we're having which I am by no means complaining about). As you all know, summer (see here) is my favorite season but there's something romantic and lovely about fall. The leaves slowly turning to brilliant oranges and reds, the crisp cold air and the smell of bonfires and apples. Growing up in Harvard, our house was surrounded by apple orchards. Fall was a special time when we would pick hundred of apples, make our own apple cider and apple pies and get the fireplace ready for the coming winter months.
Fashion wise- fall may be my favorite. It's the time to whip out the skinny jeans once again (not so fun) but also chunky sweaters, cozy scarfs and boots galore. I'm looking to be as comfortable as the lady below -- sans sad face due to being eaten by knitwear. So gear up for some fall inspired recipes, fashion posts and per usual tons of pictures!
