I learned two years ago that my usual New Years Resolutions never really come to fruition. Things like stop binge watching show for ten hours, lose ten pounds, give up sugar, etc. never even come close to happening. So last year I decided to set practical, and achievable resolutions. One, I gave up coffee (it makes me anxious) and two, I vowed to make my dental hygiene a priority (lets be honest...a lot of you guys don't floss every day). And I actually achieved both of them! Yes, I'm still anxious but it's got nothing to do with coffee, and my teeth have never looked and felt better (woohoo!) There's something very important to be said for setting a goal and actually achieving it. I've been brainstorming more practical resolutions for 2015 and I'm kind of stuck. All I can think of is to get a job...but that's not really a resolution. Any thoughts? What are your resolutions for 2015?
