Continuing off of our Stress Free Awareness Day post, I found an article worth sharing. The Coveteur (one of my favorite websites), recently posted an article called "Beginner's Guide to Getting Your Om on" where you can hear from "Oprah's favorite 'Spirit Junkie' on how to calm the eff down for better skin (& sex)". She underlines the importance of mediation (something I've never been so good at) and gives some tips such as where and how to meditate under a time crunch and the various health benefits it can bring.
